"But in a week when 18 states and 106 members of Congress have offered their support for a Texas lawsuit that would seek to invalidate the voters of tens of millions of Americans cast in the 2020 election . . ."

Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution states "Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors . . . ". The states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin should counter the Texas lawsuit to conduct another presidential election by convening their legislatures and appointing the electors of the party that won in the election.
