Dave, I am one of your followers and have read many of your numerous articles.
"Following ranked choice is the modification of the Electoral College. In my opinion, the Electoral College is not an overly undemocratic institution, especially when the 50 states are averaged to portray the American voters’ intent somewhat well. Charles’s Electoral College suggestion is worthy, but this change won’t change things that much. These two ideas are already well discussed in today’s political discourse."
