Thank you for the image of Ohio's 11th Congressional District that reminds me of a portable flood lamp with a mounting clamp at the base. It is obvious that a significant effort was expended to achieve the 100% urban characteristic. Since Marcia Fudge won in 2020 with more than 80% of the vote, the primary winner is assured to be the next elected representative. It will be interesting to learn the total primary votes vs the special general election. Hopefully, the new district map will not be so gerrymandered.
