The above is due to Congress unconstitutionally delegating its authority and responsibility to a plethora of federal agencies administered by unelected officials with no accountability.

Unfortunately, the priority of prisons is to isolate law breakers from general society. There is little emphasis on rehabilitation. That increases the rate of reincarceration. I wonder what age group has the largest percentage of those who administer to the incarcerated?

But on a larger scale, the problems of entitlements, pensions, Social Security, Medicare, and Federal, state, and local debt are becoming more severe all the time.”
The availability of federal education grants and federally backed education loans has encouraged many college students to attend colleges they otherwise would not have been able to afford. It has also resulted in accelerating tuition costs. The majority of the younger generations seems to be demanding expansion of social programs (Medicare for All, free college education, increased minimum wage, etc.) which will increase the national deficit and obligations of future generations.
I’m a member of the Baby Boomer generation. I agreed with increasing the age for maximum social security benefits. I oppose the growth of the federal government, deficit spending and a federal minimum wage. I advocate employee owned businesses, cooperative businesses, benefit corporations and non-profit corporations in lieu of max-profit businesses with minimal worker benefits.
