I also oppose term limits. It's so uncommon to have a member of Congress who actually represents his/her constituents. Why would we want to prevent reelecting him/her?

The Constitution intentionally does not allow public recall of members of Congress. The only authority citizens have over members of Congress is the threat of replacement at their next election. Imagine how much damage a "lame duck" senator could do in six years.
