I agree. I think local residents would be best served by nonpartisan elections for city and county council members. State and Congressional house districts should be increased in size and incorporate multiple seats. Partisan elections for state and federal house representatives should utilize political party proportional representation in accordance with the D'Hondt/Jefferson method.
