Why is Congress or the U.S. Supreme Court to blame for state legislators and governors passing voting restriction laws? States have rights and laws should reflect the will of the residents of a state as long as they don't violate national and state constitutions. Too many state residents attempt to use the national government to force their will on other states. Elected state representatives who disregard the will of their constituents should be replaced by voting the deplorables out of office.
